Headache Hiatus

Hello Folks,

I'm going on a hiatus for as long as it takes to get rid of my head/sinus issues.

I hope you all have a lovely week.

XOX,
MM

    1. Ah--have you been having sinus headaches? It's icky. I have this pressure behind my eyes and it's really annoying. I'm hoping it improves by the end of this week!

      Happy Week and Hugs,

    2. I think this is what I have been suffering from recently. I wake with these muzzy horrible headaches behind the eyes and in my forehead. I just feel like I want to lay in a blacked out room and even that is usually not enough.

I hope you feel better Miss. Maybe some guilt-free relaxation is in order. Set aside some time to just be, without thinking about what you could or should be doing? I find that I am often stressing over this and that and it usually doesn't help. Changes of weather sometimes bring on headaches for me too.

    3. Yeah--sinusitis can be recurring...even lasting years. DECADES! I have a sinus book that I need to find. It's somewhere in the boxes of books from when we moved. It's called 'Sinus Survival' and it is full of all sorts of suggestions. I've had sinus issues on and off for many years.

Unfortunately I still feel weak/tired/headachey and just...icky. It's hard to describe it. Taking double doses of probiotics and oregano oil and then vitamin c this evening, hoping to reduce infection. Tons of hot liquids and soups and water, too.

I hope you feel better ASAP, too. I will try to find something relaxing and rejuvenating to do!!

  2. I think PLN's suggestion to take some time for yourself is excellent - hope you can make it work. One way or another, take care of yourself, sweetie. Really hope you feel better soon, I know how sinus things can drag on!

    Chloƫ

    1. Yeah, I agree. I think that regardless of whether you believe that illness has any grounding in emotional meanings (I'm on the fence about that one!) I think that stress can play a large role in making recovery difficult. So I am going to try to relax my body and mind and try not to freak out about it. :)

      Thanks for the goodness.

      Much Love,
      MM
