Hi MM,Well, we'll just see how long you stay away! ;) Hope you're taking good care of yourself on every level.Huge hugs,Cxx
Haha...I know what you mean. I do generally like to post. It is an outlet for me, but sometimes I get a bit over saturated with social media sites and blogging. I folded a giant mountain of clothes and now I am thinking of getting one last gift for my hubby at the store while I can. His bday is tomorrow and we are spending the day together! He is sick but at least we get time with one another.Hugs and happy hump day (soon),MM
Hope you both had a lovely time for his birthday! Shame he was sick, but I'm sure you managed to cheer him up a bit :)Hugs,Cxx
Yes, we did actually have a wonderful day! We went out and about, had food, played a game at coffee shop that also has a ton of games to play, and generally had a nice time. His cold seems to be waning pretty quickly. I hope that continues! Unfortunately my daughter is sick again--she was coughing much of the night and said her throat hurt. Oy! Anyway, I think that her immune system is adjusting to being in a classroom setting. Something similar happened to her cousin. I also signed up to volunteer every Monday afternoon assisting with the art lesson. I think basically I fill water cups and do things like that. I just wanted to get something laid out so I knew what to expect.Hugs,MM
Glad you both had such a nice time :) As for kids and school, Big Boy seems to get ill at the start of every term. They say older children adapt, and stop getting sick quite so much, so *fingers crossed*Cool that you can volunteer in the art class - you can put that on your CV, too :DHugs,Cxx
I hope so!!The volunteering is very basic and not very impressive skill-wise but I am doing it more to help the teacher than I am to help myself!
P.s. Hugs not drugs
See you soon, then! Take care of yourself in between the laundry and shopping.
Thanks very much--and thanks again for the loving support! Whew. I'm cooking right now (well, I'm waiting for things timing-wise). Making gluten and dairy-free salisbury steak with green beans, gluten-free rolls and sweet potatoes. I hope at least THIS dinner isn't a flop!! Hugs!
It sounds delicious!
haha .. just when I come back to catch up, you are gone. Enjoy your time away for yourself and with your family. See you when you get back.
Sorry Carol!!! I need to catch up with you also !!
