Pretty! (but I'm glad we don't have snow here. lol)
Yeah. I agree 100%. I had a terrible, scary commute taking my daughter to school. I was driving so, so slowly and carefully. We had a recent snowstorm so I was especially mindful of it. Nevertheless, I slid on some ice and swerved. The car behind me nearly hit me...thank goodness it slid into the lane next to me which was empty (the curb). So awful. I was a wreck (though thankfully not literally) for the rest of the morning. I'm starting to relax now. The roads cleared up and my husband is picking our daughter up.Whew...ick. No temps above freezing the next few days. It was -5 when I left the house.
Brrr! Like Siddaleah says, it looks lovely, but I'm glad snow hasn't arrived here yet. Such a hassle for traffic, for one thing, with all these Brits who don't seem to know how to drive in snow :D
It is horrible! It is so, so cold. And the roads were icy. Like I commented to Siddaleah above, I almost got in a wreck and I was in a terrible state for a while after that. Ugh. I am not a winter person. Hugs,MM
So sorry to hear about the near miss, that must have been scary! Hope they get the roads cleared for you soon. Hugs,Cxxxx
Hug...yep. It was very scary. I am a nervous driver so that doesn't help!! Ah well. Xxxxooo
